  • Weekly Check-ins: Weekly check-ins with Michelle to track progress, adjust plans, and keep clients motivated. Check-ins will be scheduled during consultations.

  • Custom Plans for All Levels: Whether they are beginners or advanced athletes, we create personalized plans for all fitness levels.

  • Training Phases: 3 month plan with first two week workout plan available at the time of start. Adjustments will be made on how you are doing with your training and abilities.

  • Nutrition Strategy: The plan will come with a list of food resource guide and sample plan with ways for you to adjust the foods of choice so you can stick to a healthy way of eating.

Hi, I’m Michelle Wilson. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I began my journey after my third child, driven by a desire to regain my health. This passion led me to compete in Bodybuilding Figure Competitions in my 40s and complete triathlons in my 50s. I'm a NASM-certified trainer with additional certifications in Pilates and High-Performance Training (CHPC). My philosophy centers on sustainable, level-based training that empowers clients to achieve their fitness goals while embracing a healthy lifestyle. Through Fit Body Warrior, I help clients achieve remarkable results by focusing on the mind, body, and spirit.
