Michelle Wilson
Fitness has been a lifelong passion for Michelle, one that deepened after having her third child at 35. It all began when a friend invited her to join PF Chang’s Half Marathon as a way to get back in shape, and that challenge sparked a continuous journey in fitness.
In her 40s, after having her fifth child, Michelle was encouraged by a trainer to compete in Bodybuilding Figure Competitions—a challenge she embraced despite the demands of caring for a 5-month-old. Her dedication paid off as she competed in four competitions, eventually securing first place in her age group. In her 50s, she took on a new challenge: triathlons. Though she struggled at first, she persevered, progressing from a sprint triathlon to an Olympic distance and eventually completing a 70.3 triathlon in Santa Cruz.
Through her fitness journey, Michelle overcame personal challenges, including breaking an unhealthy sugar habit. Her passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals led her to earn her NASM Certification, after which she began leading boot camps, working in fitness clubs, and running her own training business in Arizona. Upon moving to California, she continued to expand her expertise, becoming certified in Pilates and High-Performance Training (CHPC).
Michelle founded Fit Body Warrior to help others achieve their fitness and life goals while enjoying the process. She believes in sustainable, level-based training and rejects quick fixes. Her philosophy is that achieving remarkable results requires aligning the mind, body, and spirit. By working with Michelle, clients are guaranteed to reach their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.
